Simply By Re-Framing Your Perceptions
Our body is made up of several types of proteins. Our genes have to be signaled, turning on and off. According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, genes don’t cause disease, less than 5% of the human population is born with a genetic condition but 95% of who we are is a set of memorized behaviors, emotional reactions, beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes that function just like a subconscious computer program. So, if you are not doing anything differently, making any new choices, creating any new experiences, or embracing any new emotions, you are headed for a genetic destiny.
Subconsciously we create complex and sometimes mysterious mechanisms to protect us from early traumatic and stressful experiences. These mechanisms run silently below the surface of our conscious mind as coping skills that help us endure and survive difficult events and chronically painful conditions throughout our lives. However, their repetitive application often leads to thoughts, feelings, and actions that create suffering and rob us of our fullest potential in later life. If you continue to stay in the same “frame of mind” and nothing in your life changes – you do not change either. If you have the same thoughts, this leads to the same feelings and beliefs. If you have the same lifestyle, this leads to the same life choices etc. Life is about growing, learning, and living. When we continue to stay in the past we cannot be in the present or look forward to the future. It’s like we get caught-up in a vicious cycle and/or stuck in a drowning hole of negativity and wrong thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs etc. This alone causes our cells to degenerate and slowly start to die. When this happens we are vulnerable to illness, develop medical conditions…and eventually cancer.
Although, what if we can STOP this before these things happen? We can by balancing the emotions through ‘Perception Reframing’ using healthy EMF frequencies, which releases emotional stress stored in the cells. It is non-discussion emotional balancing which improves the emotions, improves health, is shown to increase I.Q., dramatically reduces stress and anxiety levels, restores mental peace, improves relationships, reframes traumatic experiences (i.e. childhood, combat/war, abuse, divorce) and improves personal performance (sports, ability to focus, become a faster learner). Research has shown powerful results for balancing deep-seated emotional issues such as from childhood and for specific issues such as PTSD, anxiety and stress related issues. Old perceptions that may be stuck and damaging are released and you become free to choose better ways.
As Perception Reframing increases your ability to choose, it moves you to a position of choice rather than reaction. Helps you to truly overcome your past and helps you to be present and to look forward to the future. It can be profound because perception creates personal reality. If you desire to make better choices for yourself and feel freer, you will be able too. These ‘better choices’ help you to be more effective with your life plans and in upholding your personal values and beliefs. An individual may experience layers of energy density being dissolved. Feelings and sensations may also be released with a sense of letting go.
Perception and Wellness: Perception has a powerful impact on your entire life, overall health, and wellness, and shapes the way you think and creates your outlook on life. A positive outlook allows you to function with greater ease and less stress. A limited, narrow outlook creates more stress and can impact your health and wellness in a negative way.
Things beyond your control quite often determine what you see in any situation or circumstance: Including the influence of others, how you handle situations and stressors, and the patterns you inherited from parents and grandparents. All these factors shape your ability to perceive the world.
However, everyone has blind spots, things we just don’t see, want to deal with etc. because we lack necessary information and with hold ourselves from our emotions. This is why some people will report the glass as “half-full” while others report the same glass as “half-empty.”
Regardless of how your perceptions are formed throughout your infancy, childhood, as teenagers and adults, they create your perceived reality and will drive the decisions you make on both a conscious and a subconscious level. This affects and affects everything you do in your life: relationships, job, health, weight etc.
Perceptions and Emotion: Perception is tied to emotion. You CANNOT have a thought or perception without feeling first! We are feeling/emotional human beings, every thought /perception is given an emotion/feeling. If you have a wrong perception/thought from a past hurt you cannot get over, loss of a loved one, being bullied or abused etc. you cannot move on until you Let It Go! The emotion/feeling you have has to be changed to a positive outlook in order to let go and move on.
The More Things Change the More They Stay the Same: Clinical experience has shown that most perceptions tend to remain static for significant periods of time from suppression of emotions/feeling. Thus creating a functional reality to cope or not deal with what happened, a issues or situation. So, we repeat behaviors both good and bad in turn creating the same reality over and over (like the movie groundhog day). To the extent, we gain greater choice control over this reality of “oh I let that go” or “That doesn’t bother me anymore,” etc. However, the ramifications of this manifest into us continuing to make the same mistakes, get stuck in patterns, have the same heartaches, lose good jobs etc. When your perception is lacking truth, emotions / feelings; you create dysfunction by holding on to opinions, attitudes, comfort zones, and ways of dealing with life that limit your ability to choose your outcomes –it holds you back from who you are, what you were put here to do; and your full potential of functioning in this world, your relationship etc. This becomes a major barrier (block) in every area of your life, including personal and family relationships, the achievement of goals, and even healing or recovery from illness and injury.

Remember: All emotions we have are tied to our every thought, perception, feeling, and touch. When we’re hurt, upset, experiencing a loss or betrayal etc. we end up with negative emotions due to these.
