NOTE: not all Far Infrared/ Red Light Therapy products are the same, work the same way or are really beneficial. There are several out there that “claim” to be healing but lack in the performance and healing potential/properties, i.e., Dr. Hartman almost purchased a “Red Light Therapy Bed” (looks like a tanning bed). Over the years, she’s looked at several all red and/or red & blue light, UVB, etc. beds, far infrared sauna, pods, wands, etc. and after researching and speaking with several experts, doctors, and scientists in this field. It was found most of what she had looked into since the early 2000’s were not 100% true far infrared/red light therapy and had little health benefits.
