Step One: Assess Metabolic Chaos ® identify healing opportunity and malfunctions within the:

This new way of working with the body and evaluating patients offers clues about underlying causal factors, direction of conditions – worsening or improving.
Step 2: Addressing Metabolic Chaos ®: Individualized, general principles, and behavioral program for:
- Diet –balanced for your type, including proteins, fats, carbs ratio, plus vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, EFAs, water etc.
- Rest –getting 7-8hrs of restful sleep, allows the body & brain to rebuild, repair, restore, and detox
- Exercise – stimulate oxygenation, circulation, elimination of toxins, tones muscles, increase flexibility, maintain cardio-pulmonary health, state of well-being
- Stress Reduction – identify and eliminate mental, physical and biochemical stressors
- Supplements –therapeutic supplementation to support and stimulate as needed, to help fill in th gaps in the food sources.

Initial Consult 90mins: $125 this is the 1st step in the program. You will pick a package you want, discuss the package, forms will be filled out, and they will be discussed. This will take around 90mins for all.
