God has given us a body that is AMAZING in SO many different ways! We have to treat it well and watch what we are putting in it. This mean that sometimes we may need support and help from others’. If you BELIEVE in God, He says 365 in the Bible “DO NOT FEAR.” If you REALLY believe; you will NOT fear anything! Have FAITH, TRUST, BELIEF, and lean on God to guide and direct you always…Jesus Christ is the TRUTH, the WAY, and the LIGHT in this sinful world. Pray for protection from the Evil One and All Evils in this world. God Will answer!

Note: Today is Ash Wednesday, even though it falls on “Valentines Day,” reflect on our Lord and Savior instead of this holiday. Lent can be SO healing, a way to reconnect to God and his truth, and to come together with others. Jesus says 3 key things for Lent we are to do: 1) Almsgiving – doing something for someone -helping the poor 2) Fasting: Giving up of something -what do you really like to eat or do? This makes a great fasting from idea, and 3) Prayer: Our Lord wants us to come to him, reconnect with him, deepen our faith in him etc. Is there a bible study you can do during lent, or reading the Bible daily, saying the Rosary if you believe in that, is there any Christian shows you can watch etc. during this lenten season?!?! Lent is about coming to our Lord, helping others, and giving up something we love – self-sacrifice. It is three little things God is asking of us…Isn’t He worth it? I hope you have a blessed Lenten season and come closer to our Lord and Savior. God Bless!
